Op dinsdag 26 augustus organiseerden de Bibliotheek Forum Zoetermeer en inZet samen een gezellige Verhalenpicknick voor 55+ers in de Petuniatuin in Seghwaert. Onder het genot van een goed verzorgde lunch genoten de deelnemers van twee enthousiaste verhalenvertellers.

Het thema van de middag was familie en eten. Er werden persoonlijke, grappige en hartverwarmende verhalen gedeeld die herkenning opriepen en voor mooie gesprekken zorgden. De picknick bracht mensen samen en zorgde voor verbinding in de wijk.

Wij kijken terug op een zeer geslaagde middag en hopen dit initiatief ook in andere wijken te mogen voortzetten. De Verhalenpicknick maakt onderdeel uit van de bredere inzet van Bibliotheek Zoetermeer om cultuur en ontmoeting in de wijk te stimuleren.
