Het Stadshart stond vrijdagavond volledig in het teken van griezelen. Tijdens de jaarlijkse Halloween Walk trokken vanaf 19.00 uur duizenden bezoekers langs zes huiveringwekkende scarezones en spectaculaire scareshows.

In The Marionetten Massacre kwamen bezoekers oog in oog te staan met levende poppen, terwijl in Sector X ontsnapte experimenten vrij rondliepen. Het mistige Haunted Park werd bevolkt door vervloekte zielen, en op het Stadhuisplein zorgde Carinavale du Freak voor kippenvel met zijn gestoorde circusartiesten. Op het Cadenzaplein maakten de Forgotten Royals hun duistere terugkeer uit het graf.

Het absolute hoogtepunt vond plaats op de Markt, waar tijdens The Headless Horseman Show vurige dansers en acrobaten het publiek betoverden voordat de hoofdloze ruiter ten tonele verscheen. Voor de jongste bezoekers was er een kindvriendelijke variant in het Griezelcircus Spookhuis bij Daily Plaza.

De Halloween Walk liet Zoetermeer sidderen van spanning en bezorgde jong en oud een onvergetelijke avond vol spektakel en griezelplezier.
